The Hotel Sezz***** Saint-Tropez, a 5-star establishment for over 15 years, is committed to ensuring the peace of mind and trust of its guests. Since the beginning of summer, several security incidents have occurred in Saint Tropez, seriously disrupting the pleasant life in Saint Tropez. The establishment would like to inform its guests and partners of the measures immediately implemented within the hotel.

Background to events

Every summer, Saint-Tropez’s international reputation attracts a prestigious clientele, but also the attention of organized networks targeting high-end locations, city centers, luxury villas and hotels. The Sezz***** reacts with immediate action.  

Immediate reaction and actions

Significant security measures have been put in place to guarantee the peace and quiet of guests in addition to the current system (strengthened access control to the hotel, increased presence of security personnel, verification and updating of surveillance systems).  

The hotel is also working in close coordination with the authorities.

Guests have been fully informed of these measures, which aim to strengthen protection while maintaining a climate of trust and serenity. Finally, starting next season,  access to the establishment will be strictly reserved for guests with a reservation, with each visitor requiring validation by Sezz staff at the entrance.

A consultation between hotel managers in the region is also planned in order to share best prevention and protection practices for the entire profession.
