“America’s Original Influencer” marketing campaign starring LL COOL J launches for the all-new 2026 Jeep® Cherokee

The all-new 2026 Jeep® Cherokee made a legendary reveal in New York yesterday, Aug. 21, as part of a take-over event in Brooklyn’s historic Domino Park. The live event, attended by Jeep owners and fans and streamed in New York Times Square, included a musical performance by LL COOL J, whose lyrics “Don’t Call it a Comeback” from his track “Mama Said Knock You Out” are featured in the brand’s new 60-second “America’s Original Influencer” campaign, now live on the Jeep brand’s social media channels.

The new “America’s Original Influencer” campaign, developed in partnership with Doner, highlights the Jeep Cherokee’s 50-plus-year legacy in the SUV segment, which is brought to life live this weekend, transforming Domino Square into an interactive playground of nostalgia, adventure and community. The larger-than-life Jeep 4×4 City Camp experience celebrates the return of the Jeep Cherokee, with interactive installations that capture the spirit of each era and the Jeep Cherokee models that define it.

At the same time, he established himself as a dynamic solo artist with a penchant for breaking boundaries. 2014’s self-titled Nick Jonas yielded the triple-platinum “Jealous,” double-platinum “Chains,” and gold-certified “Levels.” Its 2016 follow-up Last Year Was Complicated spawned the anthem “Close” [feat. Tove Lo] and brought his streams into the billions. In 2017, he contributed the Golden Globe® Award-nominated “Home” to the Ferdinand soundtrack. Meanwhile, his songwriting would be recognized with the prestigious Hal David Starlight Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2016, and in 2021, he released his solo studio album Spaceman via Island Records.  Along the way, he also captivated audiences as a recurring judge on NBC’s “The Voice” in big screen favorites such as Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Ugly Dolls, Midway, Jumanji: The Next Level, Chaos Walking and more. In 2023, he starred in Robert Schwartzman’s The Good Half and is now set to return to the silver screen alongside Paul Rudd in the upcoming musical comedy Power Ballad.  In 2023, Nick and Jonas Brothers once again proved they are a constant force, embarking on a new era with the release of The Album, via Republic Records. The Album was produced by Jon Bellion and features hit singles “Waffle House” and “Wings.” In support of the new album and this new era for Jonas Brothers, they kicked off “The Tour” kicking off with two sold-out shows at New York’s iconic Yankee Stadium. “The Tour” included stadium and arena dates around the globe through 2024, resulting in the band’s biggest and most extensive tour to date. 2025 marks 20 years of Jonas Brothers, with their upcoming studio album Greetings From Your Hometown set for release via Republic Records on August 8, followed by a celebratory tour kicking off in their home state of New Jersey at MetLife Stadium on August 10.

Buick vehicles offer sculptural designs, refined performance, modern interiors and thoughtful personal technologies.

Buick Enclave is the latest vehicle to launch with Buick’s new design ethos that started with the Wildcat EV concept, and provides even more premium finishes and amenities, including an ultrawide 30-inch-diagonal screen – the largest in its class.

“With the launch of our Buick Enclave flagship SUV, our ICE portfolio is now complete with a full lineup of completely refreshed or all-new vehicles,” said Duncan Aldred, global vice president, Buick and GMC. “The premium and sculptural design of the Enclave strikes a confident stance on any street, and the thoughtful technologies throughout elevate the driving experience. Coupled with luxury finishes, Enclave sets a new standard for our brand and the segment, it truly is exceptional by design and will help the brand continue our momentum through 2025 and beyond.”

Exceptional design, refined performance

The next-generation Enclave launches with upgrades to the grille, front and rear fascia to align with Buick’s PURE philosophy: purity in design, unexpected details, refined finishes and exceptional executions. The flagship SUV also features the body-mounted hood badging now found throughout the full Buick portfolio.

Buick’s design evolution incorporates the signature winged lighting, checkmark-style LED headlamps and cross-car LED taillamps. The Avenir trim includes a walk-up lighting animation, as well.

In the interior, the Enclave integrates a floating center console that adds to the airy and open ride experience. The floating center console houses functional storage, a multi-controller, wireless phone charger and cupholders.

The 2025 Buick Enclave is longer, wider and taller than the previous generation, providing a strong on-road presence.

All Enclave trims come standard with a powerful 2.5L Turbo engine producing 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft of torque, and a standard eight-speed automatic transmission. The Enclave will be available in front wheel and all-wheel drive variants.

The Enclave is trailering-capable with an available maximum capability of up to 5,000 lbs.

Standout technologies

The 2025 Enclave is the first Buick to offer Super Cruise, the industry’s first true hands-free advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), on all of its trim levels. Today Super Cruise is the largest truly hands-free system in the U.S. and Canada as we expand our road network to about 750,000 miles through 2025. The Super Cruise package also includes Driver Attention Assist5 and Enhanced Automatic Park Assist5. The Avenir trim includes a rear camera mirror5 as part of the available Super Cruise package.

The Enclave’s infotainment system is designed to give drivers the most intuitive vehicle experience. Using the touchscreen or Google Assistant, drivers can reply to text messages, get directions through Google Maps, or control select vehicle functions. Drivers can also add apps like Spotify to listen to their music and favorite podcasts.

Additional standard tech features include:

  • 30-inch-diagonal premium ultra-wide display – the largest screen in its class
  • Wireless charging capability
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability
  • Seven standard camera views, including front, rear and surround views. Two additional cameras available for up to nine through optional packages.

The 2025 Buick Enclave comes standard with Automatic Crash Response, remote vehicle commands, and navigation and voice assistance features for eight years as part of the OnStar One Essentials package. 

Putting safety first

The 2025 Enclave launches with an expansive suite of standard safety and driver assist technologies.

New standard safety features for 2025 include:

  • Blind Zone Steering Assist
  • Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking
  • Traffic sign recognition
  • Lane Keep Assist and Departure Warning

A trim for every personality

The 2025 Enclave launches with three trims: Preferred, Sport Touring and Avenir – the ultimate expression of Buick design.

Standard features across all three trims, starting with Preferred, include:

  • Customizable, multicolor ambient lighting
  • Auto-sense power liftgate
  • QuietTuning, Buick’s signature technology to help prevent unwanted road noise from entering the cabin
  • First row power heated seats with four-way lumbar support
  • 20-inch alloy wheels with Medium Android Finish, unique to Preferred
  • 12-speaker Bose Audio for Preferred and Sport Touring
  • Added tuning capability to provide a better ride and handling balance for Preferred and Sport Touring. This helps to isolate sharp road impacts.

A next-generation flagship launches later this summer

With the BMW R 12 S, BMW Motorrad is expanding its Heritage range by paying fitting homage to the iconic R 90 S, which in 1973 set the exclamation point for BMW Motorrad with 67 hp, a top speed of 124 mph (considered the “sound barrier” for motorcycles at the time), twin disc front brakes and sporty riding dynamics.

The chief designer at the time, Hans A. Muth, skilfully expressed the sporting ambitions in the design language, marking the R 90 S as the world’s first production motorcycle with a handlebar fairing designed according to aerodynamic principles. A red “90” in the R 90 S’s engine emblem subtly underlined the capabilities of the new BMW and the model became very popular with buyers of the time.

Racing successes helped the BMW R 90 S acquire an iconic image. It didn’t take long for the R 90 S’s image to benefit from racing successes as well. In 1976, Hans-Otto Butenuth and Helmut Dähne celebrated a class victory at the Production TT on the Isle of Man . That same year, Steve McLaughlin (#83) won the prestigious Daytona 200 on a Butler & Smith-prepared R 90 S, and his teammate Reg Pridmore (#163) became the first-ever AMA Superbike champion, with McLaughlin finishing the season in second place. Today, the R 90 S is, as it was back then, one of the most sought-after BMW motorcycles.

The BMW R 12 S brings the spirit of the R 90 S into the present. The new BMW R 12 S takes up the spirit of the R 90 S in its overall concept as well as in numerous details and skilfully brings it into the present. Based on the R 12 nineT, it embodies an authentic and sporty retro motorcycle and combines several ingredients that make up a skilful homage to the R 90 S.

“The defining design elements of our R 12 S include the handlebar-mounted cockpit fairing with tinted windscreen, the seat with contrasting stitching and the Lava Orange Metallic paintwork as a nod to the legendary R 90 S Daytona Orange from 1975. The design is perfectly rounded off by details such as the red “S” on the side panels, the double red line and the brushed and clear-lacquered aluminium surfaces of the tank and seat hump,” explains Alexander Buckan, Head of Design at BMW Motorrad.

The R 12 S underlines the claim of a sporty retro motorcycle with numerous standard features such as the Option 719 Classic II wheels with wire spokes and naturally anodized aluminum rims. The handlebars and fork tubes are painted black and the components of the Billet Shadow and Shadow II packages provide attractive accents. The components of the Billet Pack Shadow are the left and right ignition coil covers, the oil filler screw and the cylinder head covers coated in Avus Black Metallic Matte. The Billet Pack Shadow II includes the footrest system with brake pedal and gear lever, the passenger footrests, the handbrake and clutch levers, the expansion tank covers for the front brake and clutch, as well as the handlebar end mirrors.

Other standard equipment includes Hill Start Control, Gear Shift Assistant Pro, heated grips, cruise control and a short rear with swingarm-mounted license plate holder. For even greater safety when driving at night, the adaptive Headlight Pro cornering light provides better illumination of the road when cornering.

The BMW R 12 S is based on the BMW R 12 nineT and can therefore be supplemented with all accessories, such as titanium exhaust systems, soft bags or navigation preparation. Additional factory-installed options, such as the tire pressure control (RDC), the anti-theft alarm system (DWA), the intelligent emergency call, the Connected Ride Control and the digital display with micro-TFT screen as an alternative to the classic round instruments.

Like all BMW motorcycle models from the 2025 model year, the new R 12 S includes the Ultimate Care running-in service, or “600 Mile Service”, as standard. This included service also offers BMW customers a truly premium experience. Time and mileage limits apply – maximum 6 months from the date of initial service or maximum 750 miles – whichever comes first. 1,170 cc air/oil-cooled 2-cylinder boxer engine, 6-speed gearbox, DOHC cylinder head with 4 radially arranged valves, shaft drive, cast aluminium wheels, BMW Motorrad ABS Pro, BMW Motorrad Paralever, dual disc front brake with radial brake caliper, Dynamic Traction Control DTC, adjustable rear preload, steering stabiliser, upside-down fork with adjustable rebound, compression and preload, 12 V socket, speedometer and rev counter, electronic immobiliser, LED indicators, LED headlight and tail light, USB port, on-board computer, riding modes, adjustable handbrake and clutch levers, keyless driving, chrome manifold, aluminium fuel tank, intelligent emergency call, Ultimate Care running-in service.
